Do you have x Print in another size (A6, A5, A4, A3)?
If you’d like a specific size, let me know! I’ll see what I can do.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the EU?
I do if it’s in my possibility!
Due to changes in shipping regulations, some countries may not appear in the list though.
What if you don’t ship to my country?
Then there might be options for you to get your packages forwarded!
A couple of my customers do this, by registering on a forwarding website wich provides you with a german adress I can send your order to.
These will forward your package for an extra fee to you!
Please research for forwarding services on your own or let me know which worked good for you so I could include them here for others :)!

My order got cancelled?
If by any means your order got cancelled, please feel free to re-order. This might sometimes be an error of paypal and woocommerce not communicating properly, which somehow did not get fixed yet … But don’t worry, paypal is not deducting you any money if this bug occured.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Items will be shipped after payment has been processed and usually on Friday’s.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks.
Please note, additional Custom fees may apply depending on where you live.
If orders containing pre-ordered items are paired with available items, all products will be shipped as soon as pre-order items are ready.
Please contact me in case you’d want to receive non-preorder items sooner, so we can discuss about paying an additional shipping fee.
Are orderes tracked?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number as soon as your Order has been shipped.
I made a mistake in my order! What should I do?
Please feel free to contact me as soon as possible, so we can fix things up :)!
Orders usually take me a few days until they are shipped out, so there might still be time to change things!
